At JERSEY VAULT, we want you to be fully satisfied with your kit; if it is not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned jerseys must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags still attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Items

Place the jersey in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our vault team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
